As a mom of 6, three of those being under 2, I found it incredibly difficult to find a time to get my car into the shop for a repair that was sustained when someone backed into me in a parking lot. I waited as long as possible to get my car in, and was nervous the repairs would take longer than anticipated, leaving me without a vehicle (which is a nightmare with my crew). However, my experience with Abra put all my worries aside! My car went into the shop on a Tuesday and it was completed on Friday. Not only did it look brand new with the repair but they even vacuumed/ cleaned the inside of my vehicle. I was shocked and so very very grateful, as you can imagine with all my kids, the inside had seen better days. After picking up my vehicle I could not stop talking about how nice everything looked, it definitely took off a lot of the stress I'd been carrying since the incident occurred. Thank you so much Abra! You gained a loyal customer!
