I communicated that I was traveling out of the country with no ability to to check on messages . I came back to a message that I will be charged rental car as the car was done three days prior to my return. I ended up paying for a rental car that was parked in my garage as I thought the car was to be returned when I got my car back. Picked my car back Monday and receptionist had an attitude from moment we dropped the car to when we picked up the car. No instructions on care after. My husband was the one who told me i can’t wash the car for a while as paint can come off. Very poor customer service. No interaction whatsoever.

one small issue with the Z71 emblem on the fender. The guy ordered a bew emblem and will put it on at my convenience. Fit and finish work looks super!! Thanks ABRA !!
