Randy provided excellent customer service every time I talked to him about the repair. My brand new car smelled like smoke after the repair, but when we let them know about it, they didn’t hesitate to make it right and fixed it immediately. Seems rare to get great customer service like this anymore- thank you!

We have only driven the car very limited for one day. So, so far so good. Looks great and seems to be operating perfectly.

Very good. Only thing that would have been nice is, a closer look at what was going to be needed for repairs up front to maybe speed the repair time up. Instead of having it for 2 weeks and then realizing we needed an air conditioner hose. So 3 weeks without the car was not all that bad since we had a reliable loaner car, just a little inconvenient.
