Jerry's Auto Body is now operating as Jerry's ABRA Auto Body & Glass. The legacy of a high-quality repair facility with personal service continues with Jerry's ABRA. Our team of technicians are I-CAR (high level technical training). We are also a proud member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Jerry's starting serving the Mankato area October 1971, and still remains a family owned and operated business with second generation serving as our COO. Jerry's business has always managed by the Golden Rule, treat your customers like you would want to be treated.

"I scheduled my repair around May 1st. I was told I could drop the car off June 12th, over a month later. On June 5th when my car was in a different shop for a warranty repair, I got a phone call asking me why I hadnt dropped my car off at Jerrys, which made your business appear unorganized. I dropped the car off the morning of June 12th as originally agreed, and I got my first text telling me I would receive updates soon 4 days later on June 16th. I imagine because I dropped the car off on a Friday, it sat over the weekend until the following week, but these 4 days I wouldve preferred to use my car if it was only going to sit unattended for 4 days. 2 days later on June 18th I received a text saying the car was out for PDR. 4 days later on June 22nd I received a text saying the car was back from PDR. On June 23rd I received a text saying my car was with a technician to be disassembled, but the technician called in sick. I found it upsetting that 1 tech calling in sick stopped progress on my car. On June 24th, I received a text saying it looked like my car would be completed by June 30th, 18 days after dropping it off, when the repairs were scheduled over a month in advance. At this point I felt anger and frustration toward your business. On June 29th, I received a text saying if a molding you were still waiting on showed up, my car would be ready to pick up June 30th. I wasnt able to pick up my car until the morning of July 1st due to my work schedule, and when I arrived to pick up my car which I was told was completed, I was told you were still waiting on a piece of molding, and I would need to return to have it put on. The level of frustration and inconvenience I experienced is unsatisfactory. If it werent for different family members, who were also inconvenienced by loaning me different vehicles over the coarse of 18 days, I dont know how I wouldve made it through this. If I had to rent a vehicle, how much of the 18 day cost wouldve needed to come from my pocket Who wouldve covered it for that long I feel the time my car was at Jerrys was mismanaged and unorganized, and I dont feel valued as a customer, and I do feel as though I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and tell others to do the same."
