We were told we didn’t need an appointment for an estimate so we brought my car in one afternoon around 1. One guy said he was done for the afternoon and the other said he was working on one already so we made another special trip to Marshall with an appointment. My husband gave them his number and they kept calling me. They called me twice to let me know my part was delayed because he said he couldn’t remember if he called and told me that. We showed up to pick up my car. I walked in and said I was here to pick up my vehicle. The lady finally found it and started handing me the keys. We asked where my vehicle was because we didn’t see it in the parking lot. 3 guys and 1 lady all looked at each other, didn’t know where it was, and didn’t get up. Finally I said I’ll go look for it and they all said no and 1 guys got up and walked out the door fast. He came back with my keys after finding my car and said he’ll have to get someone to put on the license plate since the guy who fixed it forgot. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out, he took awhile and couldn’t get it on because of the cold so had to bring it in the shop to get it on. I was there for 30 minutes when I got a call last week that it was done. I was 20 minutes late to work. I’m very unsatisfied with the poor customer service, poor organization, and poor attitude of the employees.
