The communication regarding this matter could have been improved. The completion date was revised on multiple occasions, ultimately extending into a weekend. It was noted that glass was replaced in the liftgate, despite no prior indication of breakage. The origin of this broken glass remains unclear. We appreciate the professional and courteous assistance provided by James and Brady when contact was established.

I was almost completely satisfied. The car looked great. And even looked cleaned up real well in the front seat, dash, and floor. The pool one small item that could have been done a little better is i asked that my plug-in Hybrid be charged before l pick it up, but when l drove away l noticed l only had 3 miles of charge on it.
