I was almost completely satisfied. The car looked great. And even looked cleaned up real well in the front seat, dash, and floor. The pool one small item that could have been done a little better is i asked that my plug-in Hybrid be charged before l pick it up, but when l drove away l noticed l only had 3 miles of charge on it. Aside from it excellent

Unfortunately my car had been in there 3 times in 2 months. Inconvenience doesn’t touch it. I love to keep my business on the MN side. The first few times were great. Brady was friendly and efficient. When I picked my car up the last time it had been 2 months from initial estimate to the day I got my car back. I had asked for updates because it had been so long. The other car my husband but also was there and it took weeks.it did not seem unreasonable to me to ask for updates since there was zero communication unless I reached out. Not Brady but the other guy was annoyed and rude when I had to ask him about estimated time and progress. My car was very clean when I did pick it up so that was a plus. I am undecided as of now if I will go back. If I do I will only deal with Brady. Like I said that was 4 jobs in 2 months I had brought in there…I have 4 boys and 12 insured vehicles chances are I will need services again. So maybe some thought should be put into how you speak to people patronizing the business. The work was well done and thorough I just put a lot into customer service and appreciation
