Ian was great! He walked me through everything when I came in to get the estimate. He is actually the reason I had the vehicle fixed at Abra. I was going to take it to the GMC body shop. That’s where I have had most of my vehicle work done, but Ian made the difference in the way he explained everything and answered all my questions. He also walked me through everything that was completed when I came and picked up the car.
