The interactions were absolutely fine: friendly, professional, and timely. However, I was given an initial quote, agreed to the service to be done, and then twice afterwards was told that things had not been added into the initial quote by mistake, which ended up increasing the price by several hundred dollars, at which point I basically had to agree to.

Kelly was great to work with. She took care of everything for me and kept me up to date on the status of my car repair. My car was returned to me in excellent condition and I appreciate that Kelly explained the repairs and did a visual inspection of my car with me. I want to share that Ian at Abra Rochester repair, handled taking care of my van exceptionally well. As soon as Ian got our damaged van he took time to explain what the process would be to restore the van doors back to the original look. Ian would call me or text and keep me updated from start to finish. He had a kind voice and made sure my questions were answered.
