All the staff were very helpful and made the transactions very easy from the drop off working with Corey, updates and answering any questions I had. They arranged my rental car to be there when I dropped off my car and took care of my rental car when I picked up my car. The repairs were done in a timely manner of 1 week and looks Amazing! I am very happy with the repairs kudos to all at ABRA! Thank you ❤️ I will definitely be back myself and will recommend you to All my family and friends.

Kelly and the staff working on my car were very honest and willing to answer questions. The estimate was very accurate to what was completed. They communicated with me on timing and when parts were available. The color match and quality of work - you can not tell that it needed to be completed. Job well done.

Abra staff have a great process in place to make the inconvenience of auto body work less of an inconvenience. They kept me informed of the progress. The shop does great work. Before and after photos are stunning. Most recently after picking up my car I noticed the seatbelt shoulder height adjustment mechanism wasn’t working. They immediately took the car in the back and fixed the issue in two minutes.

Car was totaled, but I decided to fix it anyway. I asked ABRA to fix it but to skip optional cosmetic items to hold down costs. The original estimate was $3700+, but in the end they did the job for $500 less. And everything they touched looks like new! I am a happy customer!

I was truly impressed with Arba's customer service by phone and in person. Nov .19th 2025 I spoke with someone about getting an insurance estimate for my car . everyone was kind , professional, and courteous. They listen to me as we made arrangements to drop my car off for repairs . The drop off date was December 23, 2025. I was told it would take about 5 to 6 days before my car would be repaired. Today I received a text message to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Today was day 7. I was able to drop my rental car off at the shop location and pick my car up at the same time. Not only was my car fixed to perfection. But it looks better than it did when I dropped it off both , inside and outside . I would definitely recommend Abra to any friends and family.
