I had particular trouble with getting this repair taken care of, but the main gripe that I have with it was that a few months ago, I gave them the estimate and scheduled it, but had to reschedule, and when I called back a month or so later to reschedule, I needed a new estimate BEFORE I could schedule it. It just made the whole situation a bit more strenuous when I didn't have additional time to come down to the office to drop off a new estimate.

When I brought another car into Abra recently for hail damage they returned my car completely spotless inside and out;I was extremely impressed. When I got my truck back from Ford there was trash inside and the interior was more dirty than when I brought it in.

I was very happy with the ease of getting my truck in and out. AJ the representative was great. He even went above duty and put a couple screws into my license plate himself

If I ever have to come there. The customer service is top-notch. If need something or maybe just want to know something, I can ask any employee there, if they don't know, they will take you to someone who does instead of getting the run around as I have at other dealerships
