For the most part, everything is great. The repairs are great, everything was done quickly and very well. I was kept informed the whole time and your staff was friendly and helpful. However, my SYNC system no longer functions and there is something missing from my cupholder in my console (a silicone type insert that was there prior to it coming in for repair).
