communications was poor. we were told we would be contacted several times but didn't receive calls like we we assured. also, there was poor communications between the service department and the body shop, which resulted in an unpleasant phone call

awful service and very expensive. I went to vern eide for a repair and ssaved almost 300 dollars. this was a 30 dollar part!

It took a couple of days for them to get back to me about setting up an appointment for the repair and then the morning I dropped my vehicle off they were very unorganized.
