Communication was mostly OK, but lacking a little towards the end. After picking up the vehicle, the rear drivers side taillight was not hooked back up after the work. I was able to reconnect it myself, but there was a loud and obvious indicator light that something was wrong and it was ignored by the technician.

The accident resulted in very small particles of windshield, almost dust like. Maybe should have considered having the interior cleaned at a detailing shop. That said, overall the amount of glass was much less after the repair process was completed.
