I am very happy with the repairs that were done to my rav4! I went there when 3 deer ran into my car on a vacation and they were able to quickly make repairs. They promised me they'd have it done before the week was up and made good on their promise! I recently had an experience with a different repair shop in a different state that didnt get anywhere near the service I recieved here! In addition, Abra provided a loaner car of the same year and type of vehicle as mine at no additional charge. It was a nice vehicle and I was comfortable driving it! Lastly, Abra did a wonderful job cleaning my vehicle for me. You found some items I had lost, even (and my car wasn't even that bad)! You cleaned up the mats that the other body shop never even tried to clean for me. Also, my car smelled good afterwards (and not like a repair shop). Also, thanks for the gift certificates! If the need ever comes, I would certainly bring my vehicle here again! On a 5 star review scale, I would rate you a 6!
