Adam and I were very pleased with the respect and courtesy that we received from the Abra team. Although it took much longer than we expected, the team kept well aware of the delays and several other replacement parts that would be recommended. The repair itself was great the only reason I’m rating a 9 is because of how long it took, I kept getting different answers every time I called as far as when my vehicle would be ready.
