No comment. If you tell someone you are going to call them back on the status of their vehicle maybe you should actually follow through. That way the customer doesn’t have to badger you with phone calls.

Picked the vehicle up and thought everything was fix but currently on a trip 12 hours from home and discovered the headlight they fixed doesn’t work so having pay for extra hotels being we can’t drive at night. Look at the headlight to see if it might be an easy fix discovered the fuse box cover was also broke. After several hours discussing this with our insurance company they have finally decided to let us get it home and take the car to a local repair shop of our choice and have it fixed and inspected.
