I was not satisfied from day 1. Complete lack of communication. I know that staffing and getting supplies is an issue every where but frustrating when I have to call to find all of this out. I assumed that they had the parts when I brought the car in to the shop and they did not. My car was drivable, I would not have brought it in if they weren’t ready to fix it.
