I received several e-mails that said they were updates, but there was never any actual information in them. Ultimately someone called with an update. If the e-mails are going to be generic "hey we have to car" messages, then they are just wasting time. Other than that, everything and everyone was great.

After getting my windshield replaced, the rain next day flooded the front of my car from the leaking windshield. But the representative was nice and she asked me to bring the car back in for repair.
