A&C Auto body has been servicing auto body repairs for most major insurance companies since 1946. We take great pride in catering to our customer's needs. We repair all types of vehicles from compact cars to luxury vehicles. We understand your car is a valuable asset to you and will work to restore your car to its pre-accident condition. While we are a Geico ARX direct repair facility with on premise adjusters, we also offer the same quality service to customers regardless of whom their insurance carrier is, or if they choose not to use insurance at all. We have a long standing relationship with most major insurance companies, including being part of their direct repair programs. We pride ourselves on being a full service facility and offer our customers the ease of rental with an onsite Enterprise satellite office.

While the work done to repair my tailgate was done well, an error was made and the tailgate was painted wrong. I wasnt informed of this until pickup, even though I had spoken with Joe 2x that day to hear it was all done. Then it was somewhat forced on me that this decision was a high end look and I should be happy I wasnt paying for it. Photos should be taken from the start so the final work matches what the car originally looked like, to avoid mistakes and inconvenience.

Up until pickup the customer service was excellent. Once I learned of the mistake, there was never really an apology and admittance of mistake, more a why I should have liked the mistake.
