A&C Auto body has been servicing auto body repairs for most major insurance companies since 1946. We take great pride in catering to our customer's needs. We repair all types of vehicles from compact cars to luxury vehicles. We understand your car is a valuable asset to you and will work to restore your car to its pre-accident condition. While we are a Geico ARX direct repair facility with on premise adjusters, we also offer the same quality service to customers regardless of whom their insurance carrier is, or if they choose not to use insurance at all. We have a long standing relationship with most major insurance companies, including being part of their direct repair programs. We pride ourselves on being a full service facility and offer our customers the ease of rental with an onsite Enterprise satellite office.

Very good when it came to the auto body repairs however my car developed an electrical issue as I was heading to Queens. I had to have the car towed to an auto repair mechanic for electrical repair.

They asked us to bring the car in right away and even offered to pick it up if it wasn’t drivable. They quickly contacted the insurance company, processed the claim, and generated a quote without any hassle on our end. What truly impressed me was their online tracking system, which shows the entire repair process from start to finish, including near real-time updates and a detailed breakdown of parts and materials. If you’ve ever dealt with a mechanic, you know how rare this level of transparency is. On top of that, they personally called to make sure I was aware of updates especially helpful if aren't actively checking their online system. They handled all communication with the insurance company, including approvals and completion of the work. And the repair itself was impeccable. The car was thoroughly washed before pickup, and they even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me, making the entire experience incredibly convenient.
