I was concerned about an auto repair shop on my Mercedes EQS requested by the insurance company, State Farm, of the person who backed into my car instead of taking it to Mercedes. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work by ACCU TECH, couldn’t be more satisfied.

The repairs were great. The communication was poor. I had to call to f/u I stopped by to see what was going on and how much longer so I could extend my rental vehicle. The lady's that work in the office were NOT friendly. Honestly I felt VERY uncomfortable when I stopped in the office. I felt I was interrupting their time. The desk that sits closet to the door the lady wasn't doing anything but staring outside she wasn't busy doing anything, but made me feel I was inconveniencing her day by her having to get up to help answer my question. The work on my vehicle was great, but I would NOT hire either one of those lady's for my place of business.

Front office staff is very disappointing. They do not seem like happy staff. Un-Welcoming, Un-inviting and definitely doesn't feel they want to help the customer. I felt like an inconvenience. I also never received any updates on the status of my vehicle or how long it was going to be there. This seems like basic customer service to me.

I really enjoyed working with the owner JUAN and YESI the office manager she was absolutely fantastic and Carrie as well great attitudes helping me get this car body fixed after a slight accident. They were very helpful over and beyond.
