Quick and easy. Kari was great and personable kept me informed the whole time. Only complaint i have is with enterprise not getting me a car for over a week. I had to wait. Which should not of happened because when I called higher up they had me a car the next day.

When I first saw my repaired car I was surprised at how beautiful it looked: no more gash in the door and gone was the crumpled fender. Actually the whole car looked like new with a wash and wax job. I was delighted and relieved after the months of mourning my poor car's damaged looks. Thank you!
