Hi - I had a dent in my bumper and needed it fixed. I originally asked around for local support but was told that the local auto repair shops would not fix the Mercedes bumper since it could throw off the sensors. I received a quote from the Mercedes dealership, but Nationwide convinced me to go to a local shop that was in the Auto Repair Network. It was local and saved me time so I was happy to go there. The bumper is now fixed (and looks good), but the rearview sensor is no longer operable. I raised this concern to Nationwide and was told I'm now responsible to go to the Mercedes dealership to get this resolved which would not have been an issue if I had gone there originally. I'm now going through the process all over again since the car wasn't completely fixed the first time. I will not be using the Nationwide auto repair service if this is the service I can expect.

We picked up our Chrysler Aspen from Accurate Auto today and unfortunately, there are some issues with the repair work. I am attaching some pictures which show imperfections in the clear. We had asked that the passenger door be repaired, not replaced; however, it was replaced with a used door and the door panel is not straight, it is wavy with at least 3 indentations. I am unable to get clear good pictures of said indentations and waviness. Lastly, R&I bumper cover was charged but nothing was done to it. It still has the original accident scratches and burn. We do not want any work done to the bumper, just calling your attention to this oversight.
