For my first experience they were hands down 10 out of 10. Very professional and knowledgeable, any questions I had were answered on the spot. They immediately got me in and went to work and always kept me updated on what they were doing and kept there word when they said it would be done. My pickup was clean and also received a bottle of paint for touch up that they had extra. I highly recommend them and as always we highly recommend our insurance to friends and family. The staff is amazing! I walked in expecting to leave my car for an estimate. They had an estimater look at it immediately. He uncovered many things missed by my insurance company, and took the time to explain the damage. They made my appointment, set up a rental car for me, explained the part ordering process to me, and before we left, had an approval. They got my car done quicker then they estimated, and the cost was less than expected. I appreciate the progress updates on Tuesday and Thursday they gave us. They also fully detailed my car inside and out before returning it to us. The work quality was exceptional! Amazing people!
