I’m happy to say I was impressed with the work to my car. It was perfect & the speed of the work was better than awesome. Obtaining the rental car from beginning to end was so smooth and Alex at Enterprise is an asset to that company and yours. The guys in your shop are very accommodating, knowledgeable, organized, and prepared. When I arrived one actually came outside with me when my car was done and made sure everything was perfect. Crystal at the desk is awesome and I couldn’t be happier about my car now because I love cars and I like them to be right. Very big plus is the text messages I got along the way letting me know updates and progress thank you again I couldn’t be happier with the service and how accommodating and friendly the staff was. One thing I liked was how much action there was going on at all times and it looks like the staff is well trained and prepared to handle everyone in such a quick friendly manner. Perfect results, quick, friendly, constant communication so couldn’t have a better experience. They greeted me as they expected me and he walked me out to my car when I picked it up in the car is now in mint condition.

Top of the chart customer service from Crystal at the desk to all the guys in the shop and Alex at enterprise Rent-A-Car everyone very efficient. let me add that they surprised me when I picked up my car and got in my car. It was spotless. They cleaned it, and it was ready earlier than the original date.
