The repairs are fantastic just as I've come to expect from action Auto body but it never ceases to amaze me how nice and friendly the entire staff is! Crystal is absolutely wonderful and just so nice and helpful! While I was picking up the vehicle I mentioned something in passing and Crystal asked Steve (I believe that is his name) to help me go out and take a look at my car to see what could have been rattling on the back of the car before I ever had the accident. He came out took a look and then went back in several times for some too and adjusted some things and put a pad on the back of my license plate and I think that's done the trick with the noise that I've been hearing ever since I bought the car! Just fixing that is almost as good as the wonderful repair job itself! Thanks so much to everyone there! I appreciate it!
