I originally called Chapman Ford in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ because they were listed as an approved body shop by AAA, and they were closest to my house. But after being put on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up. I then called Action Auto Body and the owner, Joe Berenato, picked up right away, and agreed to meet with me on a Saturday so that he could inspect the damage on my truck. I learned later on that Action Auto Body was actually closed when I called but the owner has the calls forwarded to a mobile phone. Joe explained that he does this so that he can accomodate his customers in a timely fashion. You can't beat that for customer service.
