Action Auto Body South did a great job and I am 100% happy with them. However, I am not happy with Carwise. Soon after starting my claim, I began receiving spam calls, text messages, and emails soliciting business on insurance, my claim, and related to vehicles I no longer own. My information was clearly sold, and carwise.com is the common denominator. Additionally, my insurance had to pay this claim twice as someone called in, pretended to be me, and redirected payment to their debit card. I suspect that the selling of my information drove this as well. So, Action Auto Body is great. Their software provider is the problem.

Action Auto Body is awesome and they do great work. However, I am quite concerned about their software vendor, who immediately sold my information. This resulted in a significant increase in targeted spam, along with payment theft.

The repair looks great, they were thorough and complete.

Wouldn’t recommend

Took a really long time and some things weren’t put back together all the way. Then during one of the test drives something mechanical broke and they wouldn’t fix it. So I waited over 3 months to get my car back that I still had to fix

Absolutely phenomenal job. The end results made my vehicle look good as new. What stood out to me was the exceptional customer service throughout my experience with Action Auto Body South. Nici was on top of getting me the most coverage possible with my stubborn insurance while maintaining consistent communication. Overall, great experience with Action Auto. The team did a great job and got it done in a timely manner. My vehicle looks great. Would definitely return here for all my future needs.
