No one called me to tell me my car was gonna be done a week early. On Friday it said it wouldn’t be done for a week or more than a week and so I filled up the rental car with gas and didn’t bother to block any time on my work calendar. On Monday I got a call. It was done no warning know anything. I wasted a whole tank of gas and I had to jump through hoops to clear my calendar to be able to come get my car. It doesn’t seem too much to get a phone call. Hey your car‘s gonna be done early on Monday or Tuesday or something. When I voice is concerned, but the woman at the desk and the guy that showed me my car really fell on deaf ears.

Poor communication on when my car would be done. Put me in a difficult position since I had to get it picked up and was not expecting for another week. If I would have been out of town it would have been a huge issue. Also have a trim piece on right rear wheel area that does not seem to be attached fully.

Amazing experience! Jeremy and his team showed incredible attention to detail on the bodywork, and the extra effort—from polishing the finish to cleaning the car—made it look like it just rolled off the lot. Diana made the paperwork effortless, and I really appreciated how they all took the time to go through every detail of the repair afterward so we were fully informed. They were communicative, efficient, and clearly care about the little things.

If it were possible to give me a reminder about the credit card charge, would have appreciated. Had a 4:30 call to pick up auto if I could by close at 5:30 so unexpected & rush to get car so forgot the credit card x-tra charge/forgot & did not bring check book with me
