Advanced Auto Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1990. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We are committed to training our employees and investing in the latest repair equipment to perform quality repairs. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We service Mercer and Lawrence counties in Pennsylvania and Trumbull and Mahoning counties in Ohio. The owner, Rick Taylor is actively involved in the day to day operations and is always available onsite to handle any situations that may arise.

Everybody was really nice but information about my car was not relayed and parts I was told were already there were still not there and a part I told them was broken wasn't ordered at the time so the car was delayed another week.

From what I can tell the work was good. The receptionist is the reason I wouldn’t go back. The communication could be better but was sufficient enough.

Front desk receptionist has a rude attitude. She was rude to me, my husband and son on different occasions for absolutely no reason. That alone would make me never use the shop again. Repairs took more than twice than estimated without communication as to why. Got my vehicle back with no heat or fan. It took them days to check why and didn’t come up with a reason.

I recently took my 2018 Chevy Silverado into Rick. Taylor’s had Advanced Auto Body and got outstanding Work outstanding communication between myself and the people at the body shop. Jeff Perry always goes out of his way as well as Rick Taylor and Michelle in the office 10 out of 10 recommend.
