Advanced Auto Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1990. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We are committed to training our employees and investing in the latest repair equipment to perform quality repairs. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We service Mercer and Lawrence counties in Pennsylvania and Trumbull and Mahoning counties in Ohio. The owner, Rick Taylor is actively involved in the day to day operations and is always available onsite to handle any situations that may arise.

Although they fixed the car, the customer service experience was less than satisfactory. The owner is a total stand up guy and has been doing this for a long time. Unfortunately some of the people who are on the front lines of his business lack professionalism or follow through.
