Advanced Auto Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1990. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We are committed to training our employees and investing in the latest repair equipment to perform quality repairs. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We service Mercer and Lawrence counties in Pennsylvania and Trumbull and Mahoning counties in Ohio. The owner, Rick Taylor is actively involved in the day to day operations and is always available onsite to handle any situations that may arise.

I didn’t know if yes, would allow me to comment. You did a beautiful job. Thanks for washing it. I haven’t really looked over it that well but I’ll let you know if anything comes up. I’m very pleased. I wish you would fix the back end for free just kidding just being silly. The girl in the office that has contacted each timewas a great help and an inspiration to my impatient self. Thank you very much once again. I’ll tell everybody how great the work is But I’ll tell Volkswagen the Volkswagen. I’m mad at them.

Took my car in for some minor damage from someone scraping against me in a parking lot. Repairs done, kept informed of status during the repair. Looks as good as new. Would definitely use them again if I ever need them.

The process went smoothly. The only hiccup was with getting the Enterprise rental car synced with the Allstate claim. It has to be set up in the Allstste app instead of directly through the Enterprise agency. I got it fixed with a few calls to Allstate and Enterprise, but this is good knowledge for Advanced Auto Body to know for future Allstate claims.
