I was told the truck would be done by the 30th of August, but I didn't get it until the 11th of Sept . That day I had to hurry the office. The work seems to be good though.

I was told I could use any shop, but when I told the body shop I preferred John Stewart at the Chevy dealership, he kept saying that because they were preferred by Nationwide he could lower the bit as much as necessary to get the bit and then supplement. So rather than create a problem, I just went with them.

The repair took longer than any of us expected (waiting on parts) but I don’t think any of that was within control of the shop. The job looks perfect, no one would be able to tell repairs were made.
