Advanced Body & Frame is a family-owned and operated collision repair center located in Truckee, California, since 1995. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. We have a team with exceptional skills and auto repair knowledge. Our office staff and estimators are happy and ready to help; they can work with all insurance companies. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process. We have top-of-the-line equipment and materials, our facility can handle all repairs. Great job my only comment is that there’s a teeny little gap between the antenna and the roof but it seems to be fixed and maybe that’s just a result of the repair. I don’t think it’s going to leak any water but we’ll find out when the rain season starts and I know that the repair is covered for additional repairs if there’s an issue with it so I’m fine with it

Nielsen was SO helpful with my repair claim. I came in thinking getting my car repaired through insurance would be confusing, difficult, and time consuming. After talking to Nielsen, he explained the whole process to me, the coverage for my repairs and rental car, and was extremely empathetic to my situation.
