Advanced Body & Frame is a family-owned and operated collision repair center located in Truckee, California, since 1995. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. We have a team with exceptional skills and auto repair knowledge. Our office staff and estimators are happy and ready to help; they can work with all insurance companies. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process. We have top-of-the-line equipment and materials, our facility can handle all repairs. Repairs seem overall good. One problem is my window now seems to be opening and closing much slower when that was not an issue prior.

The women I talked to in the office were always kind and answered my questions. HOWEVER I kept receiving conflicting info, no updates unless I reached out first, even when the repair was taking way longer than initially stated. No one was able to give me the correct info because the person working on my car did not take notes. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
