Advanced Body & Frame is a family-owned and operated collision repair center located in Truckee, California, since 1995. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. We have a team with exceptional skills and auto repair knowledge. Our office staff and estimators are happy and ready to help; they can work with all insurance companies. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process. We have top-of-the-line equipment and materials, our facility can handle all repairs. It took a bit longer than expected because of the wrong parts showing up. Still waiting on the bumper part but all in all it looks good! I wish I could have had you paint the whole truck while you were fixing it. Thanks for getting me back together!

Overspray on passenger door. Clear coat drip on bumper cover. I'll probably just live with these imperfections as I don't want to part with the car again

I am satisfied with parts fitment and operation. Paint job could have been better. There is some overspray on the passenger door. There is excess clear coat on the bumper cover.

Communication was okay to poor. No advance communication with subcontractor, which delayed repair completion by several days. I do appreciate Nielsen's help with the battery boost, so I could get my car going.
