Advanced Body & Frame is a family-owned and operated collision repair center located in Truckee, California, since 1995. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. We have a team with exceptional skills and auto repair knowledge. Our office staff and estimators are happy and ready to help; they can work with all insurance companies. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process. We have top-of-the-line equipment and materials, our facility can handle all repairs. We are proud to be North Lake Tahoe's largest and most reputable auto body repair center. The repair and cleaning job on my car were top notch.

The communication was a 1 on a scale of 1-10. I did not appreciate the fact that I could not reach anyone by phone. Even if you had given me a cell number, or e mail address that would have helped. I do not live close by. This was a major inconvenience. I eventually got an e mail. I had to have my insurance broker and daughter go to the shop and access info for me. They told me 3 days, it was three weeks. I wound up buying a new car since I could not drive my clients in a rental car. I am the customer, and I deserve to know what is going on with my car. Worst customer service experience of my life.

Advanced Body and Frame was a breeze from beginning to end. The worst part was waiting a couple months to get in because they were so busy. It was well worth the wait! My car functions and looks like new where it was replaced and painted. I highly recommend them. Fae knows her vehicles and takes pictures along the way to show and explain what they did and why. I appreciated that too. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
