Advanced Body & Frame is a family-owned and operated collision repair center located in Truckee, California, since 1995. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. We have a team with exceptional skills and auto repair knowledge. Our office staff and estimators are happy and ready to help; they can work with all insurance companies. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process. We have top-of-the-line equipment and materials, our facility can handle all repairs. The workmanship of your staff is TOP NOTCH. We have used you before and if needed, we would again, but not sure if anyone else I know would be willing to wait 3 months for their vehicle to be ready? In these times, with vehicles now costing so much more money, I am very grateful to have had the ability to be patient and for the insurance company paying for this damage repair not to have called my vehicle a total loss as I am sure they would not have paid out enough money for me to have gotten a comparable vehicle. Thank you for sticking with it and finishing the repairs on my vehicle! I know all the details and intricacies of it were quite a pain!

So far, we are very happy with the work that has been done. We are so grateful to finally have our vehicle back! We had no idea the length of time it would take for all the work to get done. That is the ONLY reason why it is not a 10 out of 10.

Sometimes it would take awhile for someone to get back to us when checking in on the status of our vehicle, and at several points we were told our vehicle was ‘almost done’ and then there would be other things that cropped up, sometimes out of your hands, like the length of time it would take for a part to come in or waiting for approval from insurance to continue the work, but for the most part we were very satisfied with customer service.

Nielsen was the absolute best in keeping me informed of every little detail, which was a lot, because it took over a month for my car to be repaired. Nielsen treated me with kindness and empathy. He is the true example of what a professional is supposed to be.

Service was extremely slow. Took almost three months when I had planned to leave the car with the shop for a week at most. Also, pretty spotty communication throughout three process about progress.
