They did a fine job on the repair of my car but a really poor job cleaning it

I was satisfied with the repair done to my car but on the day I picked up my vehicle I was told my car needed to be cleaned before I could leave and after waiting an hour and a half & returning home with my vehicle , I opened my trunk and saw dust everywhere from the repair work done including my rear seat section and I had asked if my rim could be cleaned from the smudge marks left on it after the accident and I was assured it was taken care of but it wasn't. I'm not sure why I had to wait almost 2 hours for my car to be cleaned when all they did was hose my car down but left all of the dust from the repair work in the rear of my vehicle. That was very disappointing.

Steve and his professionalism and sense of caring was fabulous! The service and entire experience was seamless between the insurance company, rental agency and even the car signing company. They handled ALL of it for me and kept me informed of the repairs. I have already and will recommend Advanced Collision to anyone!! So far my car is looking great and performing well.
