From the first interaction, everyone at Advanced Recreations in Corinth, MS was so very kind, professional, and went over and above standard protocol, when spending 2 hrs helping me find a rental vehicle (to get me home over 40 miles), when the Local Car Rental Company failed to fulfill their legal responsible in providing a rental car for my use (which they are contracturally responsible to fulfill for Ins Companies in the surrounding areas. The staff at Advanced Recreations tirelessly, even working into overtime hrs, until they assured that my needs were met. Their staff worked together to find a car, on a Friday night, staying late to ensure I had what I needed to get home safely [As a Sr. Citizen, basically stranded, without a car to drive...would have had me feeling very vunerable...had it not been for the personal sacrifice on the parts of the Body Shop Owners and their employees, one of which personally drove me to the only car dealership in that area that was willing to do rent me a suitable car. In addition to all of that, the Owner worked with the rental schedule, getting my vehicle finished I n perfect timing. ENABLING ME TO RETRIEVE MY VEHICLE AHEAD OF ANY EXCESSIVE RENTAL FEES. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR ADVANCED RECREATIONS FOR THE SUPERB JOB THEY DID ON MY FORD ESCAPE..(AND THEY EVEN ATTENTATIVELY BATHED MY BEAUTIFUL ESCAPE JUST PRIOR TO ME PICKINGVHER UP!!!! ... They’ve had the car for about a month. I was told that it would be ready last Wednesday. It wasn’t. Then told last Friday 8/27. It wasn’t. So today I was told it’s ready. My wife and daughter go to pick it up. It’s not ready. There’s something else wrong and it has to go to Corinth exhaust to be repaired. The cost to fix the car is about the same as what the car is worth. It should have been totaled.
