The automatic texts informed me each day that my car would be ready on Fridayvand it was on track but when Friday came again that morning that it would be ready by 4:30pm that day but then around noontime the text changed and said it would not be ready until the following week Tuesday without explanations. It sent the same picture s stating updates but in reality it was the same exact pictures that was sent on the first day without any proof that any work was even done. I had to call to find out why I was misled to believe my car would be ready by Friday to only receive two texts that same day with conflicting status updates. I was told they were waiting for a part. Well why didn't they order the parts before they set a date for me to bring my car in. It should have been ordered before I brought the car in.
