Work was completed in a timely manner and done correctly. Unfortunately, they had to fix repairs that were done by a different repair shop in Florence! Devin was GREAT to work with. My first impression was great because they seemed to genuinely care and were very attentive. Devin always kept me undated and was very professional. I highly recommend Airport Paint and Body.

Good customer service. The only thing that could have been improved was communication on the status, such as parts delays from the manufacturer. I was always kept informed when I called. I just wonder if texts updates could have been sent, but really I am happy with the service.
