I was VERY pleased with my vehicle when I picked it up on Jan. 25, 2019. The staff was kind & professional. My vehicle repair looked perfect. My vehicle had been returned clean too! Also, the office area was spacious & very tidy too!!

My wife was frustrated that the repair took longer than stated, due to the wrong part coming in. you can contact her at 859-803-1636. We had to pay for another day of the rental car due to the delay.
