It is absurd to hold a persons car for 2 months, make 20k on repairs and not offer a loaner car. To make someone scramble for 2 months is unacceptable. Many other dealers off loaners and I will make sure friends and family know to choose someone who offers better services. Lack of communication on the process and follow up was also unacceptable

the repair is great but if im being honest ill most likely go to suski chevy from here on out. the loaner car cost me an additional 350 bucks. the body shop doesnt have loaner cars but repair shop does? seems like a mistake.suski would of given me a loaner free of charge with repair. id consider changing that in the future. no reason a dealer shouldn't have loaners in every dept. aside from that I had no issues and the work was done in reasonable time

Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. CS didn't read emails all the way thru. Things got "cancelled" and I was never notified.

When for the quote was told the car would take two weeks got a call said it would take two more weeks or more damage three days later car was ready which is fantastic. Got there. Every panel has a run on it. There was added scratches on the new work and existing panels there’s overspray on the doors. Nothing lines up the service manager just said that’s the way it is. We’ll never go there again.
