When for the quote was told the car would take two weeks got a call said it would take two more weeks or more damage three days later car was ready which is fantastic. Got there. Every panel has a run on it. There was added scratches on the new work and existing panels there’s overspray on the doors. Nothing lines up the service manager just said that’s the way it is. We’ll never go there again.

Just realized that a piece on the front of my vehicle is now chrome colored shiny silver. That part was shiny black before hitting the deer. Would like original colored part put on my vehicle.

Drivers side headlight didn’t match the original one. Front quarter panel was not properly secured, some of the advisors had, not-so-friendly attitudes. Michelle was great tho. Communication and customer service was not the best. Picked vehicle up on May 28th and repairs still not complete. Now, I have to wait for them to order the part, which is becoming an inconvenience.
