I’m very pleased & happy with the service i received @ Al Serra Body Shop. From the beginning, when I found out I was @ wrong place, after a bad experience with towing company & cranky grandson with me, the very nice advisor (didn’t get her name) calmed me down & said she would get my car to right place. Overall i was a bit dissapointed with the process. I understand parts take time to ship in but I did expect weekly updates from the time of drop off and I was forced to call to get them. Additionally finding old suspension parts shoved into the trunk and seeing unnecessary wear and tear of the interior in a 100k vehicle was disappointing. This was the interior of an SUV, not the bed of a pickup truck.
