I was informed I would receive updates on the vehicles progress, however, I received one text that the vehicle was being worked on and another that stated the vehicle was finished. This was over a span of 5 days. Additionally, when I was told the vehicle could be picked up and it was finished, upon arrival, we were informed the vehicle wasn't finished and that they could not find the keys. It makes me question their organization, procedures, and their quality of work. However, we did receive a small inside car detail for the inconvenience which we appreciated but I wouldn't say that made up for the hassle.
