The paint has scratches underneath the clear from sanding the car after the dent repair, there is overspray on the plastic trim and I will need to get it redone again

My car will have to be brought back and I hardly ever have time, I had to pay extra for a rental due to the original claim and I will not either have to pay again or as promised by the previous rep who took care of me get a loaner from the dealer to repair the work, there is overspray on the plastic fender and scratch marks (from sanding process) in the paint that were never primed or smoothed before painting.

Actual repair from body shop good…service work not good….lack of communication 110%, I had to continuously call to check the status of my vehicle. texts on thread were not replied back to. Told by service vehicle went back to body shop after service work in the morning for “quality check” and to “wash it”.vehicle was there for over 6 hours with no status update, then told because of frustrations I’ve experienced they would “detail” my vehicle for me….THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Extremely disappointed with my experience
