My only hold up would be the lack of or basically the non existent communication.

Only call i recieved was when my car was ready for pick up. I had to call to make sure the tow truck dropped it off, I had to call to find out the status of the claim, if parts were in, when they thought repair would be done because Enterprise was calling to see how long I would have the rental. There was no contact from anyone employee until I was called and told it was ready.

Unfortunately at this time, I would not recommend Al Willeford. I understand that during the current circumstances we face as a country every one is behind.. however being behind doesn't excuse poor work. I can handle waiting almost 2 months too, but they could of told me "I don't know" on the estimated time instead of "maybe tomorrow, maybe next week." I would of been able to get a better rental situation set up. And now I have my car and it'll never be the same.

After it taking a month and a half i've had to take it back multiple times for not being fixed properly. And as I am sitting in it right now I can tell they didn't even properly install the parking sensors. My 2021 yukon doesn't even have parking sensors anymore. At this point I will not be going back to AL Willeford. I'm worried theyll just keep messing it up worse. The manager, Chris, is nice. But this is just ridiculous.
