I would just tell them to make sure it cleaned when they leave .

I would have given you a 10, but my entire back dash & along with the window was extremely dirty from dust. They should have put paper down on the dash for the back window.

Good morning, I wanted to share my recent experience with my Tesla Model S repair, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. After spending over $100,000 on my Tesla, I had to wait more than seven weeks for repairs to be completed at Alamo. During this time, my car sat in the hot Texas sun, and most of the delay was attributed to Tesla parts being backordered — a point the shop repeatedly emphasized. When I finally picked up my car, I was given a list of additional problems and incomplete repairs: The tire pressure gauge for the repaired tire wasn’t functioning properly. The shop claimed the computer was reading another tire/on other side of car and offered to fix it for an additional $200. The door panel replacement was still pending because the part was not in stock. There was delamination of a sticker on the repaired side of the car. The shop claimed this wasn’t related to the accident and offered to fix it for approx. $20. However, I’m confident this issue did not exist before the accident and could have been caused by the car sitting outside in the sun for seven weeks. After such a long wait and $10k repair, I was left with an unfinished repair and additional issues to address. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this repair shop to other Tesla owners. I have photos documenting the issues and would be happy to speak with ownership.
